That graph recalls what happens when a Banana Republic revalues its currency every few months. You lop off a couple zeros but the trend line keeps moving in the same direction. The ONLY way it changes are when the facts on the ground change. Maybe instead of pursuing a policy that discourages people from investing in the economy we might see fewer folks going bankrupt. Wait… that would depend on a policy change for the countries books as well…. NEVERMIND!
